FEARLESS WEEKEND AT THE DELL OF ABERNETHY MARCH 2024

a whole weekend to focus on you AND YOUR HEALTH

The weekend blends yoga practices, nature, mindful eating and a healthy dose of challenge.

You will have the opportunity to dive into all things yoga, guided by Carrie and Nic.

We cover various strands of yoga over the weekend including breath work, meditation, movement, philosophy and chanting.

Nic brings incredible creativity to her yoga classes, well thought out yoga asana blended with art for deeper spiritual and emotional connection. Carrie offers connection through anatomy and somatic work, skilled in helping people discover areas of intense holding and exploring how space can be created there through yoga and massage resulting in deeper connection to breath. Both teachers are passionate about sharing yoga in a way that it can be translated into a way of life, rather than looking to achieve the ‘perfect’ practice we explore how you can integrate all that yoga offers for a more fulfilling connected life.

We will explore cold water immersion and fitness as ways to support the immune system and stay uplifted. The weekend will support you in coming out of that Scottish winter hibernation zone. Together we’ll explore the surrounding landscape to draw inward, release stress and get a spring in our step, you’ll feel your confidence soar and relaxed feels flow.

Over the weekend you can have a massage treatment and we will spend time exploring digestive health and how to support your body effectively with food.

To close the weekend together we have a sound bath with Highland Gong Lady and evening forest meditation.

The annual Fearless Weekend is always unique to the group, there is always much laughter, support and encouragement. The weekends are the bringing together of principles that have brought wonderful changes to not just clients but my own mental and physical health.

FROM START TO FINISH IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

Before the retreat we’ll arrange a consultation over the phone or zoom so I can gain an understanding of what you’re looking for from the weekend.

Following the weekend we stay in touch and you will have access to online resources to keep your practices flowing.

 

LOCATION

We’ll be tucked away at The Dell of Abernethy. The accommodation is well thought out, feels delightfully cosy and our hosts are all about our experience bringing nourishment.

The surroundings are perfect for clearing out the noise and boosting inspiration. The Dell is like a reset for the senses!


 

FOOD

Polly and Lindsey are in charge of catering at the Dell and will provide us with dinner on the evening we arrive followed by breakfast, packed lunch and dinner each day.

The food will tie in with caring for ourselves.

Take a break from the cooking, dish washing and enjoy sharing food and thinking about your relationship with food while at the Dell.
